The flames of the Bosch 6 kW Wok burner are soft and strong at the same time. Every flame strength is possible, from 0.3 kW to 6 kW. For example, with high strength you can boil water at lightning speed. But for your favorite dishes you can’t live without a low strength either. That is why we have made the low strength for simmering exceptionally soft. So soft that it even melts chocolate without burning, prepares perfect sauces or simply keeps your food warm. We have also given careful thought to what comes after cooking: the 6 kW Wok burner is easy to clean, because it has fewer loose parts, recesses and corners.
