You can intuitively adjust the oven settings directly on the control panel with your index finger instead of using dials. Simply move your finger over the digital ring on the control panel and select the desired setting.

The innovative digital control ring makes cooking easier than ever before. With a light turn of the integrated control ring, you can adjust every oven setting with just one finger. You are supported by the high-resolution TFT touchscreen and integrated, directly selectable touch buttons. Clear images and informative texts in the control ring help you every step of the way as you navigate through the menu. This way you always have a complete overview and full control over your oven.

Easy disable.

Not sure if your soufflé, pizza or roast is really done? If you use the Assist function, your Bosch oven will automatically switch off at the end of the program. The appliance knows when the dish is ready and lets you know via a signal or the Home Connect app – just connect your oven to your registered Home Connect account.

Prepare your favorite dish with ease.

Do you not always know exactly which program is suitable for which dish? Ask the Oven Assistant. Connect your oven to your registered Home Connect account and simply tell which dish you want to prepare via the Home Connect app or your Amazon Alexa device. The oven suggests the most suitable settings or programs and automatically switches to your choice – an extremely useful feature. To use the Oven Assistant, simply connect the oven to your registered Home Connect account.

Discover the world of flavors

Experimenting with new recipes from a cookbook can be disappointing, especially if precise temperatures and cooking times are lacking. With Home Connect you have full access to a whole world of recipes and the ideal settings of your selected recipe are transferred directly to your oven. Simply use your mobile device to select the dish you want. Of course, you can also save your favorite recipes in the Home Connect app, so you can access them more easily. To use this function, connect the oven to your Home Connect account.

The mild way of cooking.

Do you want to save energy while cooking? With mild hot air we have improved the heating mode most commonly used in households. The fan distributes heat evenly throughout the oven, which can help save energy. When baking on one level, such as small bakes, tinned cakes or cakes on a baking tray, preheating is not necessary.

Healthy snacking.

Want to make your own potato chips? Or make chips from fresh vegetables instead of potatoes? Simply place thinly sliced potatoes or other vegetables on the Air Fry and Grill griddle, add a little oil and select the Air Fry function and soon you’ll be snacking comfortably in front of the TV. And another tip: you can also use the Air Fry and grill baking tray to prepare grilled dishes. The Air Fry and Grill Griddle (HEZ629070) is available as an accessory.

Turn your oven into a cleaning aid.

Eco Clean Direct, the energy-saving cleaning aid makes cleaning the oven easy. A special coating of micro-fine ceramic beads on the back wall breaks up fat splashes while you bake or roast – for the entire lifespan of your oven. That saves time and energy.

Easy cleaning.

Is your oven slightly dirty and in need of a quick cleaning? Pour approximately 400 ml of water with a drop of liquid cleaning agent onto the bottom of the oven cavity and select the appropriate cleaning program. The environmentally friendly cleaning system loosens baked-on residue, making it easy to wipe away afterwards.
