5-piece Cookware set Copper Clove, Pro-flon non-stick technology, does not allow food to stick, facilitates cleaning and has an aluminum structure, cooks evenly and faster, free of PFOA. The Clove line, as well as all Brinox pans, has been assessed as A by Inmetro. The set consists of a frying pan with a lid of 22 cm x 10 cm and a capacity of 3.4 liters; two pans with lids measuring 18cm x 8cm, 1.75 litres, and 16cm x 7cm and 1.75, 1.2 litres; a 20cm x 4cm 0.8 liter frying pan and a 12cm x 11.5cm 1.2 liter kettle. They have an aluminum structure that dissipates heat better and cooks food evenly. Bakelite handles do not heat up, making handling kitchen utensils easier and safer. The lids are made of tempered glass with stainless steel edges and steam outlet, making it easy to see while cooking. The line is 100% developed and produced in Brazil. The Cookware Set can be used in cookers: gas (regular), vitroceramic and electric. To improve the performance of your non-stick coating, grease the inside with oil or another type of grease before using it for the first time. Put the product on low heat until the contents are warm and let cool. Discard contents and repeat washing and drying to remove any residue. After use, to avoid thermal shock, wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge with neutral soap or detergent. If scrubbing is necessary, use non-abrasive materials.
