It’s Easy to Master the Spiralizer


Step 1: Assemble the Spiralizer With the sharp side up, align the notches of the cutting disc and base. Twist the food chamber into place and attach the motor body to the cutter adapter.	Step 2: Prepare Your Food Select foods that are 1 – 3 inch wide and cut them into 2 ½ inch long pieces with a flat edge on each side.	Step 3: Spiralize Push food onto the spike in the center of the disc. Apply gentle pressure with the motor body and let the spiralizer do the rest. Small grips rotate food for even and continuous cutting.	Step 4: Enjoy Whether it’s a dish of zucchini noodles or a snack of sweet potato fries, adding spirals of healthy foods to your dishes is easy with the 3-in-1 Spiralizer.
