Description

SP Gear 1071 is premium, fully synthetic, transmission oil specially developed for manual transmissions and differentials. By using premium, fully synthetic base oils and special additives, the following properties are achieved:

Ensures easy and smooth gear-changing at very low and very high operating temperatures, thanks to the high viscosity index
Outstanding oxidation stability, which enables the oil to be used for longer
Synchromeshes are able to operate as smoothly as possible: ‘problem-free’ gear-changing due to EP additives
Special friction modifiers reduce internal friction, thereby obtaining fuel-saving properties

Application

SP Gear 1071 is a fuel-saving, fully synthetic SAE 75W-85 transmission oil with Limited Slip properties. Specially developed for use in Mercedes-Benz (locking) differentials for which the MB 235.7 specification is required and for Audi CVT (Multitronic) transmissions for which VW’s TL 521 90 specification is required.
