Als ik eenmaal zit, is het moeilijk om op te staan( komt door de spieren). Nadat ik de tabletten hebt gebruikt, zie ik een groot verschil. Dus ik zou jullie aanraden om het te gebruiken

De dosering van 10mcg (400IE) per kauwtablet vindt ik te laag, omdat ik een hogere behoefte hebt aan vitamine D3.
