• EASY TO USE: This hand grinder was made with the user in mind. By using the adjustment screw, you can easily change the coarseness and fineness of your milling materials. The clamp adjusts to most tables and boards 1/2″–2″ thick and includes a grinding cover to reduce mess and cleanup.

Very Important Before First Use

Grind 1 to 2 Cups of cheap dried beans to prepare the grinding plates. Discard the first preparation millings before starting your actual milling.

This Grain grinder is made of cast iron and is tin-plated, to take care of the mill, you need to follow these steps:

1. Clean every separate piece of the grinder.
2. Dry them very well till you eliminate the moisture
3. Apply a thin oil layer to every piece, specially to the pieces that come into contact with food
